It takes many hands to write and coordinate a book. One hand that is always in my life is God’s hand. To the rest of the many hands that helped, I would like to thank foremost my family, my three beautiful daughters and my handsome son for their support.
Additionally, thanks to my executive assistant, who was relentless in tracking down graphics and setting up interviews. And of course the rest of my family, Mom and Dad and my four brothers for just being there throughout my life.
I would also like to acknowledge my board of directors and my colleagues at MediaTile for all the support they offered during my months of a closed office door while writing.
And last, but certainly not least, to all who participated in the interviews, conversations and reviews about a sensational medium that is coming into its own.
